Inventory Control

Total inventory control from receiving to selling!

Inventory Control

Inventory is one of the main functions of the Integrated Management System (IMS). Total inventory control is centralized with user rights assigned by the system administrator. Users have access to perform a real time inventory check for multiple locations, check for up-sell or cross-sell information, view buyer comments, and select to publish items to the internet shopping cart.

Users have the ability to set price levels for different customers and dealers, set reorder points and quantities, create kits and cross reference numbers. Users can also review item history and usage, establish quantity discounts, set items as taxable or non-taxable, track serial numbers, and many other features.

To assist in getting your products in the hands of your customers as soon as possible, IMS provides a Backorder Research function that facilitates filling orders as soon as merchandise is received. It is as easy as releasing an order and sending it directly to shipping.

Quality Control reports help warehouse managers know where to concentrate efforts and implement necessary training. Supervisors can review the individual work of checkers, packers and pullers by review of analysis reports. Production analysis graphs make review of the warehouse work performed accurate and easy for managers to accomplish on a daily basis.
